What can you learn from a big red faced Scotsman with a kitchen knife and what seem like serious anger management issues? If it's chef Gordon Ramsey and his show Kitchen Nightmares, then maybe a lot. Don't front, be yourself - that's the lesson that Ramsey tries to pound into the head of delusional chefs..and isn't that a good lesson for everyone?

Don't be an arrogant fook; that's lesson one. Even if you don't own a restaurant and even if you don't cook, you can probably learn a thing or two from the apparently crazy angry chef Gordon Ramsey from Hell's Kitchen and Kitchen Nightmares. No fooking kidding.
