The Gordon Ramsay Approach is in Order Confession: I love Gordon Ramsay and both Hell's Kitchen and, even more, Kitchen Nightmares . Although many people thought Stefan was a cocky bastard, I happened to like the quick-witted German. Sure he was arrogant, but he had the skills to back up the ego. However, his impressive culinary expertise wasn't good enough for him to earn the title of Top Chef. When I spoke with Stefan yesterday, I was surprised at how funny he was.
